    Complete rebuild of the BDG 2.0-litre engine including new high-pressure oil pump, full Group 4 gasket set, and replacement of all pulleys, tensioners, and belts.

    Atlas differential replaced with extended rear plate for Safari cooling; inner and outer bearings upgraded to larger units. Rear brakes rebuilt to M16 wider-than-standard spec with new shoes. Group 4 front bearings replaced.
