A 1970 Aston Martin DB6 Mark 2 Vantage Sports Saloon, chassis DB6 MK2/4241/R, is one of only 71 examples built to Vantage specification and uniquely the sole DB6 Mark 2 Vantage finished in Bahama Yellow among just three Mark 2s so coloured. First registered December 1970 and retailed through Maurice Leo Ltd, the car passed to AMOC members in 1974 and remained with them for 38 years, covering fewer than 39,000 miles in carefully preserved condition. Its original paintwork, upholstery, and mechanical components attracted the attention of Aston Martin archivist Roger Stowers, who selected it for the factory's Millennium Calendar.
