Exterior repainted dark blue during Jean-Louis Fatio's ownership, changing the original light greyish-green colour.
- 1990Restoration

Heida accessed original Touring of Milan records to verify the factory colour specification.
- 2003Restoration
Second full restoration commissioned by David Smith, during which the coachwork was detached from the Superleggera framework, sympathetically refurbished, and remounted. The exterior was repainted black and the interior retrimmed in dark green leather; period details including Carello driving lights and a Jaeger dashboard chronograph were retained or reinstated.
The complete restoration process took over two years to complete.
