1970 Royale RP4

The Royale RP4 is a lightweight British sports-racing car from the early 1970s, built around a semi-monocoque chassis with double-wishbone suspension and four-wheel disc brakes, weighing just 463 kg in dry trim. Designed for club and national circuit competition, this example carries extensive period documentation including expired FIA papers, race results, photographs and press cuttings. It is currently an unfinished rolling chassis project, fitted with a rebuilt 1,600cc Ford Kent Crossflow engine and Hewland Mk8 gearbox, awaiting completion.
