A rare 1937 Lincoln Model K convertible sedan with LeBaron coachwork (body style 363A), one of only twelve built that year and among six known survivors. Powered by a 414 cu. in. L-head V-12, it represents the final evolution of Lincoln's flagship K series before the marque shifted focus to the Zephyr. The car was owned by noted Ford executive and collector Ray Flynn, who had it cosmetically refreshed and mechanically rebuilt, after which it earned a Best of Class at the 2006 CCCA Carnival of Cars.
