De Tomaso Pantera Group 4 chassis 2858, completed in April 1972 and reportedly the second of only 14 examples built, was campaigned in the Italian Group 4 Championship from 1973 to 1975 by Achilli Motors, including at the 1000 Kilometres of Monza and the 1973 Targa Florio. After a period in storage it was rebuilt to 1976 Group 4 specifications and raced by Marco 'Spiffero' Curti from 1980 to 1983. Following a comprehensive modern restoration, the car won its class at the 2022 Le Mans Classic and finished second overall at the 2025 Tour Auto.
