The Lamborghini 400GT Islero 2+2 (chassis 6231) is one of only 125 examples of the non-S variant built between 1968 and 1969, styled by ex-Touring coachbuilder Mario Marazzi and powered by a 3,929cc twin-cam V12 producing 320bhp. Delivered new to a dealer in Verona in September 1968, the car subsequently passed through Florida and California before spending time in the Netherlands. Today finished in medium blue over tan, it is among the rarest and most underappreciated of Lamborghini's early grand tourers.
