Chassis 4829 is a matching-numbers Ferrari 250 GTE Series III 2+2 with Pininfarina coachwork, completed on 19 July 1963 and delivered new through Luigi Chinetti Motors to a French-American buyer in New York City. The 989th GTE produced and 247th of the final series, it left the factory in white over black Connolly leather. The car passed to a dedicated New York-area Ferrari enthusiast by 1974 and remained with him for roughly two decades before eventually changing hands twice more. It has been in static storage since its most recent acquisition and is presented as a candidate for recommissioning or full restoration.
