Built over approximately two years by multiple specialist shops, it features a rotisserie body restoration with bespoke bodywork, a C4 Corvette independent suspension with air springs, and a 427 cu in all-aluminium ZL-1 V-8 producing a claimed 600 horsepower via Hilborn fuel injection. The build earned multiple national show awards including recognition as a top-ten show car by Super Chevy magazine.

    Comprehensive servicing covering alternator and water pump rebuilds, cooling system flush, suspension and shift-linkage adjustment, resolution of electrical faults, and fitment of new tyres.

    Engine bay and undercarriage were reported to be in exceptionally well-presented condition following this work.

    Watson's Rod Shop

    Full rotisserie refurbishment of the 1969 Camaro body and chassis at Watson's Rod Shop, incorporating extensive modifications including independent Corvette C4 suspension, Ridetech air-spring shocks, Wilwood brakes, Corvette rack-and-pinion steering, bespoke bodywork, and Torch Red paint.

    Project took approximately two years and involved multiple specialist shops in addition to Watson's.

  3. Engine rebuild
    American Speed

    Assembly of a 427 cu in all-aluminium ZL-1 V-8 with upgraded camshafts, pushrods, pistons, and exhaust, plus a Hilborn electronic fuel-injection system with bespoke velocity stacks, yielding an estimated 600 horsepower.

    Located in Moline, Illinois. Power is transmitted via a Richmond five-speed manual gearbox to a Dana 44 limited-slip rear axle.
