Chassis 5003 is the 108th of 350 examples of Ferrari's 250 GT Berlinetta Lusso, a grand touring evolution of the 250 GT lineage bodied by Scaglietti to Pininfarina's design and powered by a 3.0-litre Colombo V-12. Completed at Maranello in September 1963, it was delivered to its first owner in Modena and subsequently passed through Italian and American hands before receiving a thorough professional restoration in the United States. In 2021 it was certified by Ferrari Classiche as a numbers-matching example retaining its original engine, gearbox, differential, and body.
