Chassis LT 1583 is a 1926 Bentley 3-Litre Speed Model, distinguished by its red radiator badge and factory-fitted C-Type gearbox, 17-gallon fuel tank, and 6½-Litre-style mixture controls. Bodied by Freestone & Webb in the French Weymann fabric-panel saloon style, it retains its original Weymann patent plate and matching-numbers engine. Delivered new to noted Bentley collector Robert Miesegaes, the car passed through several British custodians before entering the current family's ownership in 1967.
