The Ferrari 250 GT/L (Lusso) with chassis number 5537 GT is the 275th of 350 examples produced, completed at Scaglietti in April 1964 and originally delivered to Chinetti Motors in New York. Incorporating rear-suspension advances derived from the 250 GTO, the Lusso represented the mechanical and aesthetic pinnacle of Ferrari's first production platform. This example underwent a meticulous factory-correct restoration completed in June 2013, after which it earned first in class at the inaugural Arizona Concours d'Elegance in January 2014.
