Chassis 04284 is a 1972 Ferrari Dino 246 GTS, completed in October of that year in Nocciola over Tobacco interior and configured to US-market specification with left-hand drive, air conditioning, power windows, and Cromodora wheels. Delivered new through the Chinetti-Garthwaite dealership in Pennsylvania, it passed through several documented American owners across the southeastern United States before eventually being shown at the 2008 Palm Beach Cavallino Classic.
