- 8.6L inline-six, four-speed manual

A 1914 Locomobile Model 48 Seven-Passenger Touring, chassis 7461, powered by a 8.6-litre six-cylinder engine mated to a four-speed gearbox. One of only a handful of Model 48s built that year in this body configuration, it was long held by Cleveland collectors Dorothy and James Conant, who used it extensively on demanding cross-country tours and exhibited it regularly. A cosmetic restoration was completed shortly before the current ownership began in 2006. Fewer than 167 examples of the Model 48 are registered with the Locomobile Society of America.
