1966 Ford Mk1 Lotus Cortina

A left-hand drive Lotus Cortina built by David Sutton Motorsport to FIA Appendix K regulations for Roger Clark and Tony Mason, using a California-sourced shell imported in 1990. The car was prepared for the 1991 Autoglass RAC Rally, where Clark and Mason finished seventh overall, and went on to accumulate multiple rally victories through the 1990s. It gained additional notoriety through a 1992 Autosport/Top Gear feature in which Roger Clark and Colin McRae exchanged cars. Last rallied competitively in 2004, it has since been used for demonstration events including the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
