Chassis 08969 is the 48th Ferrari 330 GTC produced, originally delivered in Nocciola over Beige Scuro with air conditioning to its first owner in Naples through dealer Industrie Gustavo Lombardi. It passed through several Italian owners before export to the United States in late 1971, subsequently earning a first-in-class award at the 1991 Ferrari Club of America National Concours. A comprehensive mechanical and cosmetic refurbishment in 2014 returned the car to its original colour scheme, and it was later granted Ferrari Classiche certification confirming conformity to original factory specification.
