A 1929 Springfield-built Rolls-Royce Phantom I fitted with a convertible sedan body by the Paris-based Hibbard & Darrin coachbuilding firm, making it among a very small number of Springfield Phantoms so bodied. Originally delivered new to Jacqueline de Rothschild of New York, the car passed through few hands over its life, including a notable period with Rolls-Royce historian John Webb de Campi, during whose ownership a documented restoration was carried out in 1998. It has an established concours history.
