Clothed in an alloy spider body by the Milanese coachbuilder Carrozzeria Sport S.A., it was imported to Switzerland in June 1930 and raced by Baron Horst Von Waldthausen and Julio Villars under the Equipe Villars-Waldthausen banner, earning championship points in the 1932 Swiss sports car series. The car spent decades in Swiss ownership before undergoing a comprehensive concours-level restoration in the early 2000s, and is believed to retain its original engine, supercharger, and transmission.
