- 3.3L V12 dual overhead cam, dry-sump, six Weber carburetors, ~300 bhp (20 bhp more than predecessor)
- Colour
- Rosso Rubino (deep red)

The 1967 Ferrari 275 GTB/4 (chassis 09931) is among the most original surviving examples of this celebrated model, one of only 330 produced before the line ended in 1968. Assembled in May 1967 and finished in Rosso Rubino over Beige leather with rare cord cloth seat inserts, it was first sold through Milan dealer Crepaldi to a local customer, later exported to the United States. A camshaft failure in the mid-1970s led to extended storage that remarkably preserved its originality; the car carries a Ferrari Classiche Red Book confirming matching numbers throughout, and its odometer showed under 21,000 kilometres at cataloguing.

- —Engine rebuild
Col. Smith removed the engine following a camshaft failure with the intention of overhauling it; parts were carefully labelled and stored but the project was never completed.
Extended disassembly inadvertently preserved originality by keeping load off the suspension and wheels for close to three decades.
- —RestorationBob Wallace / F40 Motorsports
Following acquisition by Pesaturo, respected Italian sports car specialist Bob Wallace, working alongside F40 Motorsports, carried out a sympathetic mechanical reconditioning of the chassis and engine. Cosmetic attention was also given to the paintwork and interior; the leather was refurbished and the cord cloth seat inserts were replaced with correctly sourced new-old-stock items obtained directly from Ferrari.
All other interior elements are believed to be original. Work was completed prior to the May 2000 Larz Anderson concours appearance.
