Ferrari 275 GTS chassis 07501, believed to be the 94th production example, was completed at Maranello in July 1965 and delivered new in Ivory over red leather to Swiss racing driver and four-time national sportscar champion Willy-Peter Daetwyler — himself a noted Ferrari customer who had previously won the inaugural FIA European Hill Climb Championship in 1957. The car later passed to Mexican-American publishing magnate Rodolfo Junco de la Vega, Jr., in whose collection it resided for approximately 45 years. A thorough restoration was carried out in 2011, and the car has since appeared at prominent concours events.

Each chassis record is compiled from public auction archives and links to its source material. Ownership, competition and maintenance entries are extracted from those catalogue listings by an LLM, which can make mistakes — please contact us with any corrections. The summary is Legacy Metrics’ own writing; we do not reproduce catalogue text.
