Chassis 4417 is a Ferrari 250 GT/L (Lusso) bodied by Scaglietti to a Pininfarina design, one of 350 built between 1962 and 1964. The 30th car off the line, it was delivered new in Italy in May 1963 and spent over five decades in a single Italian collection. It retains its original matching-numbers Colombo V-12 engine, as confirmed by Ferrari Classiche in 2023, and has been shown competitively at concours events, winning Best in Show at the 2018 Montecatini Terme international concours.
