A 1958 Porsche 356A 1600 Super Speedster built in US specification, dispatched from the Zuffenhausen factory in October 1957 and delivered via Max Hoffman's New York distributorship and Porsche Cars Pacific on the West Coast. Its first registered owner was Albert R. Eyselee of Fremont, California. The car subsequently passed to a second owner in the early 1960s, who retained it for over five decades. Finished in original Ruby Red (5702B) with a correct black interior, it has been restored and carefully preserved throughout its long single-family ownership.

Comprehensive refurbishment carried out some years prior to the sale, returning the car to its original Ruby Red (5702B) paintwork; steel wheels were correctly refinished in silver and fitted with period-correct dimpled hubcaps.

Interior reupholstered in black leatherette with oatmeal square-weave carpeting extending to the rear of the Speedster bucket seats, chosen to reflect a period-correct specification as the original Kardex did not record the factory interior colour.
