The Moretti 1200 Sport, chassis 5007, is believed to be one of only two examples bodied in this style, with coachwork designed by Giovanni Michelotti. It made its debut at the 1955 Brussels Motor Show finished in blue over blue, and subsequently competed in Belgian rally events. After passing through Dutch ownership for several decades, the car received a comprehensive twelve-year restoration that reunited it with its matching-numbers engine and returned it to its original show livery.
