Originally delivered in Piacenza, Italy, in November 1968, it was subsequently brought to Europe from the United States in 2014 and subjected to a meticulous three-year restoration by specialist workshops, receiving Lamborghini Polo Storico certification and display in the official Lamborghini Museum at Sant'Agata between 2018 and 2019.

    Comprehensive three-year restoration encompassing mechanical rebuilding, full bodywork, and interior retrimming. Engine, gearbox, brakes, suspension, and running gear were removed and rebuilt by Top Motors of Nonatola. Approximately 450 hours of bodywork and a full respray in blue notte were undertaken by Biondy e Parini. The cabin was entirely retrimmed in cherry red leather with navy carpets by Auto Interni.

    Work is supported by detailed photographic records and invoices. The car subsequently received Lamborghini Polo Storico certification.
