A 1965 Shelby GT350, one of 562 produced in the inaugural model year, built on Ford's K-Code Mustang fastback platform and converted to GT350 specification on 2 June 1965. Delivered new to a Minnesota buyer via Herb Tousley Ford, the car passed through documented Minnesota ownership before being fully restored around 2005. Its most recent custodian upgraded it extensively for vintage rally use, fitting a dyno-tested 289 V-8, five-speed gearbox, power steering, and air conditioning — all reversible, with original components included.

Extensive vintage-rally preparation undertaken by the current owner's in-house team: replacement 289 cu. in. V-8 installed and dyno-verified at 313 bhp at the wheels, five-speed manual gearbox fitted, rear axle ratio altered to 3.0:1, power steering and power brakes added, front suspension upgraded with roller bearings, aluminium radiator with electric fan installed, and air conditioning added. All changes are reversible and original components are retained.
Original engine and all other displaced parts are included with the vehicle.
