The body was reported to be in very good condition prior to work commencing, and all original serial stampings were preserved.

    Full mechanical overhaul encompassing the original inline-four engine and the suspension; the miles-per-hour Smiths speedometer was reset following the work. The engine had barely been run since completion at the time of cataloguing.
