A genuine factory-built Austin-Healey 100M roadster, chassis BN2-L/228308, completed in September 1955 and exported new to North America. Its authenticity as a factory 100M is confirmed by a BMIHT certificate documenting the louvred bonnet and Le Mans specification equipment. Originally finished in black over red, this left-hand-drive BN2 later returned to Europe and underwent a comprehensive two-stage restoration by Warwick specialists JME Healeys in 2002–2003, with documented expenditure approaching £48,000.
