The DB6 Mark 2 Vantage is among the rarest variants of Aston Martin's definitive twin-cam six-cylinder grand tourer, with only 71 examples produced in Vantage specification before production concluded in late 1970. Chassis 4258/R was delivered new in Platinum with black interior and features the 325bhp triple-carburettor engine mated to a manual ZF five-speed gearbox. Its history is largely untraced, though it was recorded in the UK as 'GPF 754J' in 2000. The car has been in static collection storage since around 2012 and requires recommissioning.
