    Ground-up construction of a competition E-Type FHC around a new Rod Jay alloy-panelled bodyshell (with alloy bonnet, boot lid, and doors), fitted with a freshly built Crosthwaite & Gardiner all-alloy 3.8-litre engine (dyno-rated at 380 bhp), a Denis Welsh Motorsport four-speed gearbox and differential, uprated engine and gearbox mounts, stainless bespoke 60 mm exhaust, 15-inch alloy wheels, upgraded dampers, magnesium rear uprights, lightweight hubs, competition brakes, dual master cylinders, a foam-filled 100-litre fuel tank, and a bespoke Bremax wiring loom. Final assembly carried out by XK Engineering.

    Additional specialist contributors include Crosthwaite & Gardiner (engine), Denis Welsh Motorsport (transmission), Rod Jay/RJ Panels (bodyshell), Ben Clowes, and Custom Cages. FIA/HTP papers issued fresh and valid until 2033.
