1970 Austin-Healey Sprite Mk IV

A 1970 Austin-Healey Sprite MkIV (registration SRU 562H), representing the final generation of the model with its 1,275cc A-Series engine and revised folding hood. Originally finished in yellow by the factory, the car was repainted red in the late 1980s before undergoing a comprehensive restoration completed in 2020–2021. It has since been converted to fast-road, sprint, and hillclimb specification with a roll cage, bucket seats, harnesses, and Minilite-style alloys, and has been scrutineered for competition in the Healey Sport Championship.

Carried out a full restoration of the car between 2020 and 2021, with photographic documentation of the process. During this work the body was refinished in Signal Red with an Old English White hard-top.
