A 1957 Porsche 356 Speedster, originally finished in Meissen Blue, this is one of only 1,171 examples built for that model year. Conceived at the urging of New York importer Max Hoffman as a lightweight, affordable machine for club racing, the Speedster featured a cut-down windscreen and no side windows. Restored to black livery in 1989 by Stoddard Imported Cars of Ohio, it retains U.S.-specification equipment and delivery-optional coupe seats reupholstered in black leather.
