Chassis SGE270 is the second of only two Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud I motor cars bodied by Freestone & Webb to the celebrated 'Honeymoon Express' design, and is also the last Rolls-Royce chassis ever to receive Freestone & Webb coachwork. Unveiled at the 1957 Earls Court Motor Show, the design caused a sensation with its sweeping fenders, tailfins, and concave body coves. Delivered new in June 1958 to British businessman Arnold Moreton, the car later crossed to the United States, where it eventually underwent a comprehensive restoration by Vantage Motorworks of Miami.
