1933 Duesenberg Model J Cabriolet (d'Ieteren coachwork)

- Two-tone blue

Chassis 2548 is the last standard Model J dispatched to Europe, factory-tested in September 1933 and shipped to Paris in early 1934, where the Belgian coachbuilder d'Ieteren clothed it in an all-steel cabriolet body of distinctive streamlined form. Delivered through the Parisian Motors Deluxe dealership, the car passed through Dutch and American ownership before receiving a meticulous, numbers-matching restoration by Duesenberg specialist Brian Joseph, with colour chosen by GM designer David Holls. It subsequently earned concours recognition at Pebble Beach, Greenwich, and Radnor Hunt.
