The 906th Shelby GT350 produced for the 1966 model year, this Mustang-based competition car spent the first decade of its life in SCCA club racing across California circuits including Riverside and Laguna Seca. Subsequent owners continued its track career at Road Atlanta, Sebring, Watkins Glen, and Indianapolis. A full restoration in 1996 converted the car to GT350R specification with period-correct red and white livery. It later passed to a UK-based owner and has been held in storage since 2005.
