A 1971 Porsche 914/6 equipped with the rare factory 'M471' competition option package — one of only 23 produced — chassis 0233 is the second example built that year. Delivered new to Hahn Volkswagen-Porsche, it was subsequently acquired by Porsche Art Director Erich Strenger, who owned it passionately for fifteen years and documented European touring in Porsche's own magazine. The car served as a factory camera vehicle at the Nürburgring in 1972 before its lengthy private history. A careful period-correct restoration was completed in 2008.
