Dispatched from Browns Lane in January 1955 via Los Angeles distributor Charles Hornburg, the car spent its early decades in storage before a nut-and-bolt concours restoration in the late 1990s brought it to JCNA standards. It subsequently earned eight consecutive 100-point scores across three JCNA Concours seasons, making it among the most decorated examples of this body style.
