A 1956 Jaguar XK 140 MC Open Two-Seater, originally dispatched on 11 October 1956 through Jaguar Cars of New York, finished in Arbour Green over Biscuit. Specified to the high-output MC (Special Equipment) standard — featuring a C-Type cylinder head, larger carburettors, dual exhaust, and 210 bhp — this matching-numbers example retains its original engine block, cylinder head, and body. Subsequently restored in Arizona with rally-oriented modifications in preparation for Mille Miglia participation, it carries a Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust trace certificate and a FIVA identity card.

Full restoration carried out with a rally focus, including fitment of period-style bucket seats with contrast piping, Brooklands screens, a padded steering wheel, a bespoke tonneau cover in place of a soft top, auxiliary yellow Lucas lamps, removal of the front bumper, four-wheel disc brakes, stainless steel exhaust, and Borrani wire wheels on Blockley tyres.
Work was reportedly undertaken with the aim of preparing the car for Mille Miglia entry. Workshop is located in Arizona.
